If you are on the waiting list and there is a change that places your team in the tournament we will contact you directly. If you are on the waiting list and wish a refund please contact Triple Crown Sports as listed above. If you do not have that letter please send us by regular US mail, a note with the following information: team name, age group, coaches name, where the check should be sent, and to whom the check should be made out to (if there is any disagreement or we have any problem verifying who sent the check and who should receive the refund, we will send the refund to the address on the check payable to the name on the check). Send this information in writing by regular US mail to Elliott Finkelstein 3930 Automation Way Fort Collins CO 80525. Refunds are checked and double checked for all information ,team name, coach, cleared funds, etc., and then the services of a CPA are used. This is all done after your request is marked received. Approximate time to process the request is four to eight weeks after receipt of your request. Please be patient as due to the number of entry fees received and depending on the number of issues involved in trying to make sure the refunds are accurate, the process may be slower than you like.
